1. Introduction & Company Information

This website is operated by Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH, trading as House of Seeds ("we", "us", "the Company"), registered in Germany under HRB 238298. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of house-of-seeds.co.uk and all purchase contracts concluded through it.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Legal Disclaimer, and Return Policy. All contracts are concluded in English.

2. Intended Use: Collectibles Only

All products are sold exclusively as souvenirs and collectible items for genetic preservation. In the UK, it is a criminal offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 to germinate or cultivate cannabis without a licence. We do not provide cultivation advice. Any indication of intent to germinate will result in the immediate cancellation of your order.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be 18 years or older to purchase. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Orders are subject to age verification via a secure third-party provider. If you fail to provide valid ID upon request, we will cancel your order and deduct the direct costs of processing and verification (transaction fees and ID check costs) from your refund.

4. Contract Formation

The contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a Shipping Confirmation email. The presentation of products on our site is an "invitation to treat," not a legally binding offer.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£). In compliance with the DMCCA 2024, the price in your cart is the final price for the goods (excluding any import duties for orders over £135). We accept:

• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Bank Transfer (Vorkasse)

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. This period begins the day after you receive physical possession of the goods. Note that exclusions apply to sealed biological goods (see our Return Policy).

7. Delivery & Risk

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH. You may not use our branding or imagery without written consent.

8.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs strikes or natural disasters.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
