Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. Exception: Sealed Biological Goods

Important: Our products are sealed biological goods. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the right to cancel ceases to apply if the goods are unsealed after delivery.

We cannot accept returns of seed packs that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged by the customer.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your goods arrive damaged or are not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

To process a claim for damaged goods, please email info@house-of-seeds.de with:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

4. How to Return

If your items are unopened and you wish to exercise your right to cancel:

1. Inform us via email at info@house-of-seeds.de.
2. Pack the items securely.
3. Send the package to our German warehouse:

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to Germany unless the item was delivered in error or is defective.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer) within 14 days.
