House of Seeds Online Store Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Definitions

1. Seller: Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH, Machtlfinger Str. 21, 81379 Munich, HRB: HRB 238298, VAT EU: DE316809168, e-mail: info@house-of-seeds.de.
2. Customer: A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
3. Consumer: A natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business activity.
4. Store: The website house-of-seeds.pl.
5. Product: Cannabis Seeds sold exclusively for collection purposes.
6. Order: A declaration of intent by the Customer aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement.
7. Sales Agreement: A distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

§ 2 Prices and Payments

1. Prices in the store are expressed in EUR and include VAT (gross). For the Customer's convenience, an approximate conversion to PLN is shown according to the current exchange rate.
2. The binding price is the one at the time the order is placed.
3. Payments are processed by certified operators (prepayment, credit card) guaranteeing security according to the PCI-DSS standard.

§ 3 Conclusion of the contract

1. Announcements and price lists on the website do not constitute an offer but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation of its receipt.
3. The Sales Agreement is concluded at the moment a separate email confirming the shipment of the Product is sent to the Customer.

§ 4 Transfer of risk and Force Majeure

1. In the case of Consumers, the risk of accidental damage or loss of the Product passes to the Customer at the moment the goods are handed over.
2. Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations resulting from Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, border closures, pandemics).

§ 5 Intellectual Property and Personal Data

1. All content, photos, and logos are protected by the Seller's copyright.
2. The data processing rules are defined in the Privacy Policy.

§ 6 Warranty for defects and complaints

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects. The Seller is liable under warranty if a physical defect is found within two years from the date of delivery to the Buyer (in accordance with Art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code).
2. Complaints can be submitted by email to: info@house-of-seeds.de. The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal from the contract

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details of the return procedure are described on the Returns and Complaints page.

§ 8 Out-of-court complaint resolution

1. The Consumer may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR) available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
2. Information about out-of-court complaint resolution methods can be found on the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) website: www.uokik.gov.pl.

§ 9 Final provisions

1. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
