At House of Seeds, you can shop with confidence, knowing that you’re getting a fair and transparent deal. That’s why we offer our Best Price Guarantee: If you find the same product regularly priced lower at a reputable competitor, we’ll match the price.

To keep the guarantee fair for everyone and ensure we can offer it long term, a few clear rules apply.

Delivery to Germany

The best-price guarantee applies exclusively to products that can be delivered to Germany. It applies to the identical item (same brand, strain, package size, and quantity).

Product must be available from the competitor

The competitor’s offer can be ordered online and is actually available for immediate delivery—genuine in-stock products, not merely clickable in the shop.

The provider must be based in the EU

The provider has its registered office in an EU member state and is a regular commercial trader.

Discount is granted as a voucher

The total price, including shipping costs, is compared. The regular, continuously offered sale price of the competitor at the time of your report is decisive.

How it works

  1. You find the same product (identical item, same quantity/size) from another provider at a lower regular price.
  2. You send us the link to the offer via our contact form or by email.
  3. We review the offer and promptly send you your personal best-price voucher.

The voucher is valid exclusively for the relevant product and cannot be combined with other vouchers—our Club of Seeds bonus program is the sole exception.

What the guarantee does not cover

To ensure that our Best Price remains a genuine market price and is not undermined by one-off special promotions, the following offers are excluded from price matching:

  • Clearance, liquidation, insolvency and business-closure sales.
  • Special lots, remaining stock, discontinued items, B-stock and defective products.
  • Time-limited discounts and promotional offers, especially blanket discounts across an entire range (e.g. “X% off everything”), flash sales and daily specials.
  • Obvious pricing errors and prices below the usual market purchase price.
  • Offers from providers whose actual ability to deliver cannot be confirmed.
  • Prices that are valid only in combination with additional purchases, quantity commitments, memberships or voucher codes.

Good to know

We reserve the right to review each offer on a case-by-case basis, including the competitor’s actual product availability and ability to deliver. Reimbursement is provided exclusively as a voucher for the product in question, not as a cash payment. The guarantee applies to a household-appropriate quantity per customer and product (maximum 1 item per submission, unless otherwise agreed).
